If state LEO's are restricted from enforcing federal law, the prededent is set based on this judge's ruling. How the Feds get around it will be interesting to see.
Remember the "rumor" going around about Obama creating a huge federal police force, and even using the military to enforce federal laws? Everyone poo poo'd the rumor. Might not be a rumor if states can't enforce Fed law, then it will take more Fed LEO's to do so.
Obamarama and team are just stupid enough to attempt such a policy. Of course it won't work, but they don't care. It is the citizens that would suffer, not them
